The Center for History, Society, and Culture (CHSC) at the University of California, Davis provides a unique forum for faculty and students throughout the social sciences to work across disciplinary boundaries. CHSC stages an annual speakers' series, hosts the graduate program in Social Theory and Comparative History (STCH), and funds cross-disciplinary research in the social sciences.
